How to apply for a donation
Due to the large number of requests, we ask that all organizations limit inquires to email. Donations are processed in Richmond's head office for Richmond & Coquitlam. Only successful applicants will be contacted through email.
All requests must be submitted in writing on formal letterhead. Requests must be received a min of 4 weeks before the date of the event. Please include the following;
1 An introduction in the body of the email.
2 Attached letter describing the charitable event.
3 We MUST know the date of the event.
4 You must be able to pick up your donation. We do not mail them out.
IMPORTANT: Donations are voided if not picked up before or on the event day. No exceptions. If the proper information is not included in the donation request you will automatically be turned down.
