DONATION REQUEST
How to apply for a donation?
Due to the large number of requests,we ask that all organizations limit their inquires to email. We are unable to respond to all inquires. Only successful applicants will be contacted.
All requests must be submitted in writing in a formal word document on letterhead. Requests must be received 4 to 6 weeks before the date of the event and include the following information:
1 Introduce yourself in the body of the email.
2 Attach letter describing the charitable event.
3 There must be a specific date for the event.
4 You must be able to pick up your donation.
5 Donations must be picked up.
